Almost 4 months postpartum and am about to step up activity (hopefully) and reign in eating more. As posted above, striving for daily walks with Thor, or at least as many per week as we can manage.

Logging food, for the moment simply what not necessarily how much.

Workout: gonna try out Dan John’s 40day workout. Simple enough that I might be able to manage it.
